[Alpha Biz= Ellie Kim] SEOUL, June 5 — Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, is set to visit South Korea and hold a private dinner with leading business figures to discuss cooperation in artificial intelligence and next-generation technologies.
The meeting will bring together top executives including Chey Tae-won of SK Group, Chung Euisun of Hyundai Motor Group, Koo Kwang-mo of LG Group and Lee Hae-jin of Naver.
Industry sources expect discussions to focus on high-bandwidth memory (HBM), AI data centers, robotics, autonomous driving and physical AI.
NVIDIA maintains close partnerships with Korean companies, including supplying GPUs supported by HBM from SK Hynix, collaborating with Hyundai Motor Group on robotics and autonomous technologies, and working with LG and Naver on AI infrastructure and platforms.
Huang’s visit underscores Korea’s growing role as a key partner in the global AI supply chain and ecosystem.
