[mdtoday=이재혁 기자] 지난해 마취상태인 환자를 강제추행한 혐의로 구속된 산부인과 의사가 6개월만에 다시 진료를 보고있다는 소식이 전해져 논란이 일 전망이다.
29일 MBC는 지난해 9월 준유사강간과 강제추행 혐의로 구속됐던 산부인과 의사 A씨가 같은 병원에서 진료를 재개했다고 보도했다.
구속 이후 6개월이 지나 다시 찾아가본 병원에서는 지난 달 보석으로 풀려난 A씨가 임산부 등을 대상으로 진료를 시작한 것.
앞서 A씨는 지난해 2월 부산 동래구 한 산부인과에서 수술이 끝난 환자에게 수면마취제를 투여한 뒤 유사성행위를 한 것으로 알려졌다. 당시 A씨는 범행을 부인했지만, 피해자의 몸에서 A씨의 DNA가 검출되면서 같은해 9월 1일 구속됐다.
현재 A씨에 대한 1심 재판이 진행 중이다.
